System Administrator (SA) will perform system level maintenance, upgrades troubleshooting assisting another team in supporting the SIEM program from the Centaur Operations Center, located in Pensacola Florida
The SA shall perform all upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting on the system during regularly scheduled Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI’s) and during Tier III troubleshooting efforts. Upon CCB approval of CI’s, the SA shall perform maintenance during the next regularly scheduled ASI. The SA shall provide a detailed post deployment report prior to any maintenance cycles identifying any issues and remediation efforts that were experienced during the implementation. When Tier III troubleshooting support is required, the SME shall provide a formal after action report (AAR) within 48 hours of resolution. The AAR will include a summary of the issue, a complete log of what was delivered during transition from Tier II to Tier III, all actions taken and their results, and a conclusion; identifying the root cause and any lessons learned during the troubleshooting.
