As the Capture Manager this position will be responsible for opportunity identification, development, and execution of the opportunity/win plan, and will work with the proposal team to incorporate winning solutions. The Capture Manager will work closely with the Business Development team and senior leadership, proposal teams, partners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to lead capture activities and support technical proposal development. Travel to conferences, site visits, customer, and partner locations necessary for opportunity identification, partner engagement, customer knowledge, and other activities needed to build opportunity/win plans. This position reports directly to the Business Unit Director and is afforded a great deal of autonomy and authority.

Regular attendance, maintain work schedule, attend meetings, meet deadlines, keyboard/type, handle confidential information, use math/calculations, stay organized, operate office equipment, may direct others. Must be able to see, have eye/hand coordination, and lift up to 10 lbs. May be exposed to dust/dirt, humidity, and noise.
