Foxhole Technology is seeking a Technical Writer/Knowledge Manager to join our growing team supporting a Security Operations Center (SOC) contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a cybersecurity or information technology environment—preferably within a SOC—and a strong understanding of typical cybersecurity deliverables. This position will support Program Management activities, including preparation of project plans, review of technical documentation, and implementation of an effective knowledge management plan.

• Support the Program Management Team activities to include preparation of Project Plans, review of technical documentation, and implementation of an effective knowledge management plan 
• Assist in the completion of required deliverables
• Help with transitioning documentation to our knowledge management system
• Participate in weekly meetings as required
• Provide knowledge management oversight across all tasks 
• Ensure coordination and communication with stakeholders and other security teams
• Perform quality reviews on all documentation being submitted for customer approval

• Minimum three (3) years of technical writing/business analyst experience

• BS Degree or additional work experience substitution

• Desired experience with cybersecurity programs or NIST guidelines
• Desired experience with SharePoint or Confluence
